Huawei CEO accidentally reveals Huawei's mysterious foldable smartphone

Huawei CEO Richard Yu accidentally, or perhaps intentionally, demonstrated a new foldable smartphone in a video published on the social network Weibo.

The device, which is expected to be part of the new Pura lineup, will be officially unveiled on 20 March at the company's event. According to the leak, the new foldable smartphone features a unique screen aspect ratio of 3:2 or 16:10, making it similar to the iPad mini when unfolded. The main display of the device is rumoured to be 6.28 inches, while the outer screen will have a diagonal of 3.48 inches.
The smartphone is being positioned as a significant step forward in the world of foldable devices. Richard Yu is actively fuelling interest in the novelty, calling it a "game changer" and an "unexpected product". More leaks about Huawei's new foldable device are expected in the coming days.
