Discord features can now be integrated directly into games thanks to the Social SDK toolkit

The developers of Discord, a voice chat service popular among gamers, have released a set of tools that will allow video game creators to directly implement the features of this service into them.
Here's What We Know
The toolkit is called Discord Social SDK and will allow to integrate cross-platform voice chat, friend lists and other Discord features into games.
It is noteworthy that gamers will be able to use these features even in the absence of an account in Discord.
At the moment Discord Social SDK supports C++ programming language, Windows 11 and macOS operating systems and Unreal Engine and Unity. Over time, the toolkit plans to make compatible with mobile devices and consoles.
According to Discord developers, Social SDK in their games have already integrated, for example, the creators of Rust, Delta Force and Splitgate 2.
