It's official: Google has acquired Israeli company Wiz, a global leader in cloud cybersecurity issues

Google Corporation has officially announced that it has formalised the biggest deal in its history.
Here's What We Know
The US IT giant will invest $32bn in Israeli company Wiz, which is a global leader in cloud cybersecurity and provides services to corporations such as Microsoft and Amazon.
Wiz will now become part of the Google Cloud division and will work to strengthen the cybersecurity of Google's infrastructure without forsaking co-operation with other clients.
On his blog, Wiz co-founder and CEO Assaf Rappaport left a message full of enthusiasm:
We expect this change to enable us to work and innovate even faster. Becoming part of Google Cloud effectively straps a rocket to our backs: it will accelerate our pace of innovation faster than we could have achieved on our own.
The deal between Google and Wiz must now be reviewed for antitrust compliance and approved by the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
Google has confirmed that Wiz products will remain available on rival cloud platforms Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud.
