Ayaneo has unveiled a powerful Pocket S2 gaming console with Snapdragon G3 Gen 3 processor and hardware ray tracing support
We have already reported about the presentation of a line of Qualcomm has unveiled three new Snapdragon G series chips aimed at portable gaming consoles, which are intended for use in portable gaming consoles and mobile devices.
Chinese company Ayaneo, which specialises in the release of gamer gadgets, has already presented its first console with the new chip.
Here's What We Know
Ayaneo will release the Pocket S2 handheld console. It will get a 6.3″- IPS screen and will use Android as its operating system.
The gadget will offer significant improvements over the previous Pocket S model, including image resolution up to 1440p, an improved cooling system with a larger heatsink and fan, and increased battery capacity.
Thanks to the flagship Snapdragon G3 Gen 3 processor, the console supports hardware ray tracing, making it suitable for modern games with high system requirements. Joysticks and triggers are based on Hall technology, which eliminates stick slip. The body of the device is made of solid aluminium, giving it a sturdy and stylish design.
As of now, Ayaneo has not revealed the exact release date and price of the Pocket S2.
