The Swiss luxury watchmaker Omega has expanded its Seamaster Planet Ocean collection and presented a new Worldtimer model. The novelty is available in two versions: with turquoise accents and in black and white.

Here's What We Know

The Seamaster Planet Ocean Worldtimer has a 45.5 mm case made of matte ceramic. It is complemented by a laser-engraved ceramic bezel.

The main feature of this model is its water resistance to 600 m, which is suitable for professional divers, divers and travellers.

There are two crowns on the case: one at 3 o'clock for setting the time and winding the movement, and the other at 10 o'clock for releasing helium during deep-sea dives.

The dial is finished in black and is decorated with a laser-engraved topographical map of the Earth with a view of the North Pole.

The Seamaster Planet Ocean also features a city ring, 24-hour disc and date at 6 o'clock. The markers and hands are covered with Super-LumiNova, which glows blue and green.

The watch is powered by the automatic Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8938 movement with a frequency of 25,500 vibrations per hour, 38 rubies (stones) and a power reserve of 60 hours. The Seamaster Planet Ocean Worldtimer guarantees an accuracy of 0 to +5 seconds per day and protection against magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss.

Price and availability

The watch is available for €16,400 or $14,800 on Omega's official website.
