Flight Simulator 2025 is now available on the PlayStation Store, but don't rush to rejoice, Microsoft Flight Simulator fans. It quickly became clear that this is not an official port of the popular simulator to Sony's console. This Flight Simulator 2025 has a cover with an apparently artificially generated image, and is developed by Grizzy Games Limited.

Here's What We Know

Grizzly-Games.com has a long list of mobile projects with obviously AI-generated covers. Games such as Idle Command: Supply Frontline, Merge Blocks Magic Numbers, and Colour Page ASMR: Drawing Art, have links to the Google Play Store, but all of them are down. It is unknown whether these games ever existed.

If the name Grizzly Games sounds familiar, it's because it's the same as the developer of the indie game Thronefall. Surprisingly, the team behind the fake Flight Simulator 2025 uses the same Grizzly Games logo as the developers of Thronefall.

This is not the first time that fake games have appeared in digital stores. In 2022, a low-quality copy of God of War was found on the Xbox Store, and in 2023, Sony filed a copyright infringement complaint over a clone of The Last of Us on the Nintendo eShop.
