Microsoft introduced Windows 11 users to an updated on-screen keyboard for typing with an Xbox controller

Microsoft is slowly blurring the lines between Windows and the Xbox operating system.
The company has updated the on-screen keyboard on PC and now it is more convenient to use it with a gamepad.
Here's What We Know
In the latest Windows 11 update, Microsoft has improved text input using the Xbox gamepad.
For this purpose, the developer introduced a new on-screen keyboard, with which you can easily and quickly type text and navigate the interface of the system.
The keyboard provides several "hot" keys that are familiar to all users of Xbox consoles. So, by pressing the "X" button on the controller, the gamer will return to the previous screen, pressing "Y" will put the space bar, and the menu button will replace the Enter key.

The updated keyboard is currently available to members of the Windows Insider programme, and will be generally available in the "next few weeks".
