Vivo X200 Ultra may get a top 200 MP camera and Snapdragon 8 Elite

Vivo is preparing to unveil a new flagship smartphone, the X200 Ultra, which could be the last Ultra device this year. According to leaks, the main focus will be on cameras, which will allow the model to compete with the Galaxy S25 Ultra and Xiaomi 15 Ultra.
Here's What We Know
According to Digital Chat Station, the smartphone will have a 200-megapixel telephoto camera, which will be "the brightest in the industry". It will have an aperture of f/2.27 and an equivalent focal length of 85 mm. It is expected to be the same ISOCELL HP9 sensor used in the Xiaomi 15 Ultra and X100 Ultra.
In order to compensate for possible hardware limitations, Vivo will add 135mm, 230mm and 460mm focal length options to the standard camera app, as well as 28mm, 50mm and 70mm for the 50-megapixel main module. In addition, the smartphone will once again feature Zeiss filters, which have already become the standard for the brand's premium models.

According to the renders, the smartphone will have a large round camera module, and a touch-sensitive shutter button will be added for easier shooting.
The Vivo X200 Ultra is expected to be launched next month and will feature a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip. Details on the international launch are still unknown.
The Chinese regulator 3C has certified a device with the code V2454A, which is probably the Vivo X200 Ultra. If this is the case, the smartphone will receive 90W fast charging, which is higher than the 80W of the previous X100 Ultra model.
