ViewSonic has introduced a new XG275D-4K monitor that allows gamers to choose between two display modes: 160Hz at 4K and 320Hz at 1080p.

Here's What We Know

This is a budget alternative to premium models from Asus and LG, allowing gamers to customise the monitor to their needs.

This feature makes the XG275D-4K ideal for those who play fast-paced shooters or prefer less intense games.

The monitor has a 27-inch diagonal, 4K IPS panel with a 0.5ms MPRT response time and a peak brightness of 300 nits. It also features an Anti-Glare coating to prevent light reflection and an Esports mode with a 24.5-inch screen for greater ease of use in competition.

The XG275D-4K supports AMD FreeSync Premium and Nvidia G-Sync technologies, which provide a seamless, tear-free gaming experience. With a variety of ports, users can connect the monitor via HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort or USB Type-C, which supports power up to 65W.

This monitor is priced at $500 and is available for purchase through ViewSonic's official website, Newegg and other retailers.

ViewSonic recently announced an alternative to Apple Studio Display - the ColorPro VP2788-5K monitor. The ColorPro VP2788-5K is primarily aimed at professionals working with graphics or video. The monitor is equipped with a 27-inch IPS screen with a resolution of 5120 x 2880 pixels, which provides excellent image clarity.
