In September 2024, Itsuno announced his departure from Capcom to join LightSpeed Japan, a division of LightSpeed Studios, owned by Tencent. At the GDC 2025 game developer conference, he said that his team is working on a new original game that aims to surprise players with innovative gameplay elements. I've never seen this in a game before.

So now we can only wonder what Hideaki has in store for us.
