Hollow Knight: Silksong is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated games of recent years. The sequel to the cult Hollow Knight, announced more than six years ago, is still shrouded in mystery. However, recent updates hint that the long-awaited release may be closer than we think.

Here's What We Know

The last few weeks have brought some encouraging news: Xbox included Silksong in its list of top "upcoming games" for 2025, and an insider said that the game will be available on Xbox Game Pass in June. And now we have new information.

Hollow Knight: Silksong has received two updates, one of which has not appeared since the game's announcement. The first change is that the game has been added to the GeforceNow list, which was noticed by Reddit users.

But that's not all. SteamDB, which tracks all changes to Steam games, has recorded an update to the copyright date. Previously, it read "Copyright Team Cherry 2019", which is the year the game was announced. Now it says "Copyright Team Cherry 2025".

Will we really get this game in 2025?
