Bloomberg: the first foldable iPhone will be released next year - an insider has revealed the secrets of Apple's ambitious new product

In the new edition of Power On's weekly news digest, authoritative insider and Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman touched on the topic of the first foldable iPhone model.
Here's What We Know
According to Gurman, Apple plans to release a foldable iPhone in 2026 at a price of around $2000.
We know from Chinese analyst Ming-Chi Kuo that this Insider: first foldable iPhone will get a liquid metal hinge, which will significantly increase the strength and imperceptible bending of the foldable iPhone.
Now Gurman has reported that most of all the foldable iPhone will resemble Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold and will leverage many of the developments of the yet-to-be-unveiled iPhone 17 Air. Most likely, Apple will equip the novelty only one camera at the back, one speaker and will not leave a SIM card slot.
It is expected that the gadget will get a high-capacity battery, thanks to which it will provide users with excellent autonomy.
Gurman describes the foldable iPhone as a "dream device for doing work tasks and watching videos."
