Disney has unveiled an atmospheric trailer for the second season of the highly-acclaimed Andor series based on the Star Wars universe.
Here's What We Know
The authors showed fragments of tense scenes that Cassian Andor will get into in different corners of the Empire.
Viewers will easily recognise familiar characters and locations from the first season and other Star Wars media projects, including Senator Mon Mothma and charismatic undercover agent Luthen Rael. However, loyal fans will be most excited by the presence of the iconic Death Star, a colossal-sized laser weapon capable of destroying planets with a single shot.
The video leaves no doubt that the second season of "Andor" will please viewers no less than the first.
Recall, the series is a prequel to the feature film "Outcast One: Star Wars. Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" (Rogue One: A Star Wars Story) and tells about the life of Cassian Andor, who by fate joined the Rebels in their fight against the Empire.
Andor Season 2 will once again star Diego Luna and other familiar characters will return.
When We Can Expect It
Season 2 will premiere on 22 April 2025 on the Disney+ service.
