Oppo shows the first picture of the Find X8 Ultra and compares it to the iPhone 16 Pro Max

Oppo has officially confirmed that its flagship Find X8 Ultra smartphone will be unveiled on 10 April. Immediately afterwards, the head of the Find series, Zhou Yibao, shared a nighttime portrait shot of the new smartphone.
Here's What We Know
Moreover, he compared it to a photo taken with an iPhone 16 Pro Max.
The scene is a dimly lit bar, which is a real test for the cameras of any smartphone. In this test, the iPhone 16 Pro Max experienced difficulties with colour reproduction: the red neon sign in the frame turned orange, and the model's face turned bluish.

Instead, the Find X8 Ultra retains natural colours and realistic skin tones.
The novelty has four main modules:
- 50 MP Sony LYT900 main sensor (1 inch)
- 50 MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto lens (6x)
- 50 MP Sony IMX906 periscope telephoto lens (3x)
- 50 MP ultra-wide-angle sensor
Oppo has also added "Danxia colour lens" technology, which recognises complex light sources and corrects skin tones for a more natural result.
Other features include: 6.82-inch flat AMOLED display with 2K resolution and 120Hz frequency, built-in ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, 6000mAh battery with 80W charging and 50W wireless charging.
A new Magic Cube Key button is also expected, which will be able to perform various functions: turn on the flashlight, take screenshots, launch a translator or quickly open applications.
