It would seem that the news of porting Xbox exclusives to PlayStation 5 is no longer surprising, but the confirmation of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle coming to PlayStation 5 in April 2025 only confirms the trend. Insiders claim that this is only the beginning of a massive migration of games to the Sony platform.

Here's What We Know

Tom Warren from The Verge noted that 2025 will bring even more Xbox games to PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2.

Recent months have been filled with speculation about Microsoft's plans for PS5 ports. DOOM: The Dark Ages has already been announced for PS5 alongside PC and Xbox, while Indiana Jones and Forza Horizon 5 will be available in less than a month on Sony's console.

The following Xbox games are also rumoured to be coming to PS5 this year:

  • Halo: The Master Chief Collection
  • Gears of War
  • Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2
  • Microsoft Flight Simulator

This once again shows that Microsoft's multi-platform strategy is becoming the norm for the company.
