Naughty Dog fans will have to be patient: the sci-fi project Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet will not be available on PlayStation 5 before 2027. According to journalist Jason Schreier, the game will not be ready for release in 2026.
Here's What We Know
Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet was officially presented at The Game Awards in December 2024.
Players will take on the role of Jordan A. Moon, a dangerous bounty hunter who finds herself on the remote planet Sempiria, which lost contact with the outside world more than 600 years ago. The main character is voiced by actress Tati Gabrielle.
The game's development started in 2021, but according to creative director Neil Druckmann, the project continues to evolve, and many aspects, including the ending, have not yet been determined.
So we'll have to be patient for two more years and watch the trailer over and over again.
