Rumour: Fortnite is preparing for space adventures in a Star Wars collaboration
According to a Loolo insider, the third season of the sixth Fortnite chapter, which will start on 2 May 2025, will be dedicated to the Star Wars universe. This season will last approximately 30 days and will bring players new bosses, non-player characters (NPCs), locations, and items related to the legendary franchise.
Here's What We Know
It is expected that the season's battle pass will include four to five new skins, although it is not yet known whether they will all be Star Wars characters.
Fortnite has previously held Star Wars-themed events, including the addition of skins for characters such as Anakin Skywalker, Luke Skywalker, Leia Organa, and Darth Vader. This year's season is likely to continue this tradition.
Interestingly, in 2024, Disney invested $1.5 billion in Epic Games, the developer of Fortnite, with plans to create a permanent Disney universe in collaboration with Epic.
There is no official confirmation from Epic Games regarding the theme of the third season, but previous leaks and cooperation with Disney indicate a high probability of Star Wars as the central theme of the season.
