Neil Druckmann doesn't hold back any story ideas and doesn't care if The Last of Us series outstrips the game

The Last of Us show, created by HBO, is confidently moving forward and will start adapting the events of the second game in the second season. Co-creator of the series and creative director of Naughty Dog Neil Druckmann assured that he does not hold back any plot ideas, even if the series is ahead of the game.
Here's What We Know
In an interview, Druckmann explained that his priority is to create the best possible story, regardless of what is faster: a new season of the series or a potential game The Last of Us Part III. He noted that he does not put ideas aside and gives his best in every project.
So far, there is no official confirmation of the third part of the game, but Druckmann has previously hinted that Naughty Dog has a concept for a sequel. At the same time, the HBO series is already expanding the storyline and providing more details about events that may affect future games.
The second season of The Last of Us will be released on 13 April and should be even more ambitious and emotional than the first.
