Samsung is preparing to release a new model of Galaxy Watch 8 smartwatch, which should replace the popular Galaxy Watch 7. The company updates its lineup every year.

Here's What We Know

The first clue about the upcoming launch of Galaxy Watch 8 appeared in the form of firmware for new models. According to the information published by @theonecid on X (formerly Twitter), new firmware versions for the Galaxy Watch 8 have been found for Bluetooth and LTE variants.

The Bluetooth versions of the Galaxy Watch 8 have been given the numbers SM-L320 and SM-L330, while the US-oriented LTE variants have been given the numbers SM-L325U and SM-L335U.

These numbers come as no surprise, as the current Galaxy Watch 7 is numbered SM-L310 and SM-L315, and Samsung usually follows a logical model numbering order. Although there are no details about the specifications yet, it is likely that we will learn more in the near future.

In previous models, the company has introduced significant improvements, including updated sensors for health tracking and new AI features for monitoring health and sleep. It is expected that with the new model, Samsung will once again focus on the best features of its watches, making the Galaxy Watch 8 an even more thoughtful and innovative product.

In 2024, Samsung introduced its first "Ultra" smartwatch, aiming to compete with the Apple Watch Ultra. The Galaxy Watch Ultra offers premium build quality and accurate activity and health monitoring technology.
