JVC Kenwood has released unusual wireless speakers WDS-01, which will be appreciated by lovers of nature and natural materials.

Here's What We Know

Elegant speakers are made in a wooden case and equipped with a wooden (!) 60 mm speaker.

These speakers are only available in Japan and are limited to one hundred units, which will be customised. The buyer can choose the type of wood: oak, spruce, cedar, pine or walnut. It is claimed to have 6 watts of power and Bluetooth 4.2 support.

TheJVC Kenwood WDS-01 can operate autonomously for up to 8 hours and are charged via USB Type-C port. An AUX port is also provided.

One speaker weighs about 1kg.

The cost is $257 to $550 depending on the wood.
