Authoritative insider and Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman shared interesting information that will be appreciated by those who follow their health.
Here's What We Know
In the new issue of the weekly news digest Power On Mark Gurman reported that Apple is working on an expansion of the application "Health" with the use of modern AI capabilities, which will display detailed information about the vital signs of users of its devices.
The new feature will reportedly be part of the iOS 19.4 update and will read information from a variety of gadgets, including the Apple Watch. The developers are placing a big bet on tracking what the user eats and the AI will help monitor nutrition.
In fact, it will be an AI agent that acts as a personal doctor and gives recommendations on diet, exercise, suggests what a person is doing wrong and helps achieve desired goals.
In addition, Apple will add specially filmed videos to the app with recommendations from professional nutritionists, fitness trainers, doctors and other experts.
Interestingly, some AI capabilities will use the iPhone's camera to, for example, monitor the user's workouts.
The project is codenamed Mulberry and the app is expected to be released in the spring or summer of 2026.
