Motorola is preparing to release a new foldable smartphone, the Razr 60 Ultra, which, according to a reliable source, will receive significant updates over the previous model. Here is what is known at the moment.

Here's What We Know

One of the main changes will be the battery - 4,700 mAh, which is 17.5% more than the Razr 50 Ultra. This will increase the operating time of the device.

The smartphone will be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and up to 16 GB of RAM, which is significantly higher than the previous model's 8 GB or 12 GB.

For data storage, the Razr 60 Ultra will have 512 GB of internal storage.

Another important change will be the updated camera - the main modules now have a resolution of 50 MP, instead of 32 MP in the Razr 50 Ultra. A 50MP camera is also provided for selfies.

The display has also been updated: the internal screen will have a diagonal of 7 inches with a refresh rate of 165 Hz, and the external screen will be 4 inches. The smartphone will run on Android 15, and its starting price will be €1,299.

The new product is expected to debut this spring, although the exact date of the presentation remains unknown. According to preliminary data, the announcement may take place on 3 April, although there are rumours that the official presentation will be held on 23 April.

The smartphone has already appeared in the 3C certification centre database with a 68W charger, while the Razr 50 Ultra only supported 45W. The XT2551 has also been spotted at the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) with a Motorola MC-68xx charging adapter, confirming its compatibility.
