Samsung may add Now Brief feature from Galaxy S25 to S24 series
Samsung is actively testing One UI 7 for the Galaxy S24 series, and the sixth beta version already includes almost all the new features that were introduced with the Galaxy S25.

Now Brief is an intelligent system that collects important information for the user, including scheduled events, news, tasks, weather forecast and traffic status. The feature is already available in the latest beta version of One UI 7 for Galaxy S24, but it cannot be activated without a special method of accessing hidden settings.
It is expected that the stable version of One UI 7 will be rolled out to Galaxy S24, Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6 from 7 April. There is a possibility that Samsung will officially activate Now Brief for the S24 series in this update. If this happens, the feature may also appear on other devices, including the Galaxy Fold 6, Flip 6, and Galaxy Tab S10 tablets.
It is not yet known whether older models will receive it, but it is possible that Samsung will extend support to flagships from previous years.
This week, the company released an update to Pentastic, an app that allows users to customise the Air Command menu for the S Pen. Now users can choose any image from the gallery. However, there are limitations: there are no ready-made presets, and there is no function to manually crop the image. The system automatically selects the centre of the photo, which can affect the final appearance of the icon.
