Samsung Galaxy S25 smartphones have received the latest Google Play system update
Smartphones from the Galaxy S25 lineup have started receiving the Google Play system update released for March 2025.

This update is 76MB in size and requires a reboot of the device to complete. It is important to note that this update allows Google to improve key modules of the Android operating system without requiring a full OS update.
Among the changes are improvements to the screen interface that displays information about Google Play system features, as well as support for improved biometric authentication. The update includes enhanced data security, an updated Google Wallet shopping process including protection against accidental purchases, and new features for Thread network-enabled devices.
