Xiaomi Mix Flip 2 is getting ready for release with 67W charging and powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite chip

Xiaomi is preparing to launch a new foldable smartphone, Mix Flip 2, which is likely to appear on the Chinese market soon. This phone recently received certification in the 3C database, which confirmed one of its key features.

Xiaomi Mix Flip 2 was spotted in the 3C database with model numbers 2505APX7BC and 2505APX7BG. The first model is the Chinese version, and the second is the global one. The certification didn't reveal many details about the new foldable phone, but it did confirm support for 67W fast charging via the MDY-15-EQ power adapter.
In February of this year, some specifications of Mix Flip 2 were revealed thanks to leaks. According to sources, the smartphone will be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC chip. Improvements are also expected in the form of a display with improved performance, IPX8 certification for water resistance, a 5050 mAh battery, and support for 50W wireless charging.

Xiaomi Mix Flip 2 will feature a dual camera setup on the back with a 50MP main camera with OIS and a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens. Other important features include a 6.85-inch LTPO OLED screen with a 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, NFC, a 7.6mm thin body and a side fingerprint scanner for security.
Although Xiaomi has not yet confirmed an official launch date for the Mix Flip 2, it is expected to debut in the second quarter of 2025.
