The first and the biggest: Nigeria creates an attack drone
The Nigerian Armed Forces, together with Briech UAS, have demonstrated the first and largest strike drone in Africa.

The presentation took place at the company's headquarters in Abuja. The drone's systems and ammunition were developed in partnership with local engineers.
The Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Musa, said that these drones will be critical in today's security environment, especially in the fight against asymmetric adversaries. He stressed that due to global political restrictions, countries often face obstacles in importing weapons, so domestic production is strategically important.
The Governor of Plateau State, Caleb Mutfwang, emphasised the role of the new drones in ensuring the country's sovereignty and security, noting that the technology has already begun to be used in the fight against insurgency.
