Paramount Pictures has released a spectacular trailer for the dramatic spy thriller Mission: Impossible: The Final Reckoning.

Here's What We Know

Partly the trailer consists of previously shown shots, but the audience was presented several new scenes, one of which will please at least millions of Ukrainians - a colourful explosion of the Moscow Kremlin.

As always, Tom Cruise looks great as Ethan Hunt, performing dizzying stunts, disarming missiles, foiling the plans of insidious terrorists and once again saving the world from a global threat. All this is accompanied by perfectly staged dynamic scenes, chases, diving to the seabed, flying on the wing of the plane and other integral attributes of the franchise "Mission Impossible".

The eighth instalment of the series will be released on May 23 in cinemas worldwide and is rumoured to be the final installment in Ethan Hunt's story.
