Chinese company Anbernic has unveiled the RG 557 handheld console, which is designed to run retro games, but with more comfort than is usual.

Here's What We Know

Anbernic RG 557 will get a 5.48″ OLED display with a resolution of 1920×1080p - that's all that is known about the technical part of the gadget, but the manufacturer claims that the hardware capabilities of the console are sufficient to emulate games from systems like Nintendo Wii U and PS2.

The Chinese are expected to use the Snapdragon G2 Gen 1 and 8GB of RAM as the chipset.

Buyers will be offered the gadget in black and white casing.

The price and sales launch date of the Anbernic RG 557 is still unknown.
