Last week it was revealed that the popular roguelike action game Hades II, which is currently in Early Access on Steam and EGS, will be coming to Nintendo Switch 2 in 2025.

This news was welcomed positively, but two questions remained unclear: whether the game would appear on other consoles and whether it would be available on the first Nintendo Switch.

The developers have rushed to provide an answer.

Here's What We Know

A video was released on Nintendo's channel with representatives from studio Supergiant Games, who explained that Hades II will be available on both Switch generations, but this will only happen after the game is released from Early Access, and they didn't give a date for this event.

As for the PlayStation and Xbox Series, users of these consoles should not expect a speedy release of Hades II, as it will be a temporary console exclusive for Nintendo, and the end date of this contract has not yet been disclosed.
