Sony adds new animated wallpapers for PlayStation 5 featuring its popular games, but not for all at once
Sony has begun to gradually introduce new animated backgrounds for the PlayStation 5 home screen, but not all users will receive them at the same time.
Here's What We Know
Twitter users reported that Sony quietly added new animated backgrounds for the Welcome tab on PS5. The new themes include Ghost of Yotei, God of War Ragnarok, Stellar Blade, Demon's Souls, and Horizon Forbidden West. Previously, only an animated theme with Astro Bot was available.
It is not clear how accounts are selected to receive these themes, and some users may not have access to them yet. It's probably a matter of time before the new animated wallpapers become available to everyone.
