IGN has revealed 11 minutes of gameplay from Obsidian Entertainment's ambitious RPG The Outer Worlds 2
IGN portal presented an exclusive gameplay trailer of The Outer Worlds 2 - the sequel to Obsidian Entertainment's 2019 space RPG, which is remembered for its satirical mood.
Here's What We Know
Journalists showed 11 minutes of gameplay of The Outer Worlds 2, in which viewers can see new locations, improved graphics, refined interface and familiar visual style.
The author of the material notes that the combat system has become more convenient, and stealth mechanics have undergone slight changes and resemble Deus Ex and Dishonored, which is not a bad compliment.
Of course, The Outer Worlds 2 features an integral part of Obsidian's games - a deep dialogue system, with the help of which players will be able not only to choose their lines, but also to use specific skills of the protagonist: deceive characters, offer them your services, bribe, manipulate their point of view or shine with specific knowledge, for example, in technology or medicine.
IGN noticed that The Outer Worlds 2 is cooler and bigger than the original and promises to publish more materials about this game in the nearest future.
And we would like to remind you that Xbox Games Showcase will be held on the 8th of June, immediately after which a special broadcast dedicated to The Outer Worlds 2 will take place.
The game is expected to release before the end of 2025 on PS5, Xbox Series and PC and will be available immediately on Game Pass.
