AMD unveiled a line of powerful Dragon Range Refresh (Ryzen 8000HX) processors for flagship gaming notebooks

AMD has launched the Ryzen 8000HX line of processors for flagship gaming laptops.
Here's What We Know
The new chips are made on 5nm technology, are based on Zen 4 architecture, feature integrated Radeon 610M (RDNA 2) graphics and support DDR5 and PCIe 5.0.
The company has unveiled four models of the new lineup, which is collectively called Dragon Range Refresh:
- Ryzen 9 8945HX - 16 cores, 32 threads, up to 5.4GHz, 80MB of cache, TDP 55-75W
- Ryzen 9 8940HX - 16 cores, 32 threads, up to 5.3GHz, 80MB cache, TDP 55-75W
- Ryzen 7 8840HX - 12 cores, 24 threads, up to 5.1 GHz, 76 MB cache, TDP 45-75W
- Ryzen 7 8745HX - 8 cores, 16 threads, up to 5.1 GHz, 40MB cache, TDP 45-75W
It is not yet known when the first laptops with Ryzen 8000HX will be available for sale.
