Apple Watch may get a new interface and Apple Intelligence features
According to The Verifier, Apple plans to significantly update the watchOS interface and make it similar to visionOS. According to the Israeli website The Verifier, the interface will become more transparent with the effect of "floating" elements, and buttons, menus, and icons will be updated.
Here's What We Know
Apple is also allegedly testing new variants of the home screen, but the timing of the changes has not yet been disclosed, as the development is still ongoing.
Besides, the company is working on the implementation of Apple Intelligence for Apple TV and Apple Watch Ultra. The latter is rumoured to receive an exclusive chip that will allow launching these functions earlier than other models. However, this information raises doubts, as Apple is trying to make Apple Intelligence available on as many devices as possible - even on the mid-budget iPhone 16e.
Another nuance is that current Apple Watch models have only 1 GB of RAM, while Apple Intelligence requires at least 8 GB. This casts doubt on the authenticity of the leak.
The intelligent features are expected to include notification summaries, Genmoji creation, and a "new Siri" that will take into account sports activity, medical indicators, sleep, heart rate, and more.
It's worth remembering that The Verifier has a controversial reputation: the site has repeatedly made wrong predictions, including the iOS 18 redesign, Touch ID support in Apple Watch, and the launch of the new Apple Pencil.
Recently, the network showed the iOS 19 interface.
