A unique Doom + Doom II Will it Run Edition collector's edition with a box that can run Doom has been announced
Limited Run Games has announced an unusual collector's edition of two legendary shooters Doom and Doom 2.
Here's What We Know
Buyers are offered a set of Doom + Doom II Will it Run Edition, which will be available in versions for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch and PC.
The main feature of this edition will be its box, which is essentially a small console and will be able to run Doom.
The set will also include:
- physical copies of DOOM and DOOM II, including the SIGIL I and II add-ons (the PC edition includes a Steam key);
- a soundtrack on four cassettes;
- a magnetic Cacodemon figurine hovering above a stand;
- a portable console in the shape of Cacodemon for playing Doom;
- five randomly selected collectible cards;
- a certificate of authenticity.

The company has decided to support the infernal theme to the end and has even put up the appropriate price - $666.66 dollars, but there will be simpler editions: Standard Edition for $29.99 and Big Box Edition for $99.99.
Doom + Doom II Will it Run Edition pre-orders will open on 18 April, with an estimated shipping date of 20-27 February 2026.
Hurry up and pre-order, as the print run is also stated to be a hell of a lot - 666 copies.
