Fantasy 4X-strategy Endless Legend 2 will be released in the summer of 2025: the developers presented a new gameplay trailer
French studio Amplitude and publisher Hooded Horse have released a new gameplay trailer of turn-based fantasy 4X strategy game Endless Legend 2.
Here's What We Know
The authors showed the main gameplay mechanics of Endless Legend 2, allowed to evaluate the visual style and technical state of the game, showed units of different factions and revealed the release date of the game.
Amplitude Studios plans to release the strategy in Steam Early Access this summer, and Insiders can apply and get acquainted with the game earlier.
As a reminder, Endless Legend 2 is the sequel to the 2014 strategy game, and its events will unfold on the new planet Sayada, where the races living there suffer from constant tides. They cause large-scale floods and bring chaos to the lives of the locals, destabilising the situation in the states.
Endless Legend 2 will retain the visual style of the first part and make its gameplay even more exciting and deep. The developers will again offer players several unique races, each of which has individual gameplay mechanics, units, buildings and much more.
The events of the new strategy game are set in the Endless universe, which unites most of Amplitude Studios' games.

Amplitude Studios released the controversial 4X strategy game Humankind in 2021, and in 2024 the company split from Sega and gained independence.
