"Designed to be rugged": Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy Tab Active5 Pro rugged tablet

In addition to the Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy XCover 7 Pro rugged smartphone with Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor and eSIM support, Samsung has also unveiled the Galaxy Tab Active5 Pro rugged tablet.
Here's What We Know
Galaxy Tab Active5 Pro is a great gadget for professionals who work in harsh weather conditions, builders, architects, military, rescuers, gamekeepers, mountaineers.
The main features of the Galaxy Tab Active5 Pro are:
- 10.1″TFT LCD display with a resolution of 1920x1200 and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The brightness of the screen reaches 600 nits;
- Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor. Configurations with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of flash storage or 8+256 are available. MicroSD cards up to 2TB are supported;
- 10,100 mAh battery capacity, hot-swap and battery-free mode are supported, allowing the tablet to be used directly from a power source;
- the gadget complies with MIL-STD-810H and IP68 standards, which guarantees resistance to drops, vibrations, extreme temperatures, water and dust. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+2;
- 12 MP main camera and 8 MP front camera;
- supports 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4, GNSS and NFC.
The Galaxy Tab Active5 Pro features stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, supports the S Pen stylus optimised for glove use, and supports NFC.

The tablet is claimed to go on sale in mid-April and will cost €800.
