Insider: Nintendo Switch 2 pre-orders could open as early as next week
Gamers in all regions except North America were given the option to pre-order the Nintendo Switch 2 back on 8 April. In the US, this option was delayed due to the imposition of huge tariffs by Trump, which pulled a delay for Canadian users as well, as Nintendo was planning to ship the console to both countries with the same supply chain.
According to unofficial but plausible information, pre-orders will open in Canada on 23 April and it looks like US gamers will soon be able to purchase the console as well.
Here's What We Know
Reputable insider billbill-kun has received information from several major retailers in the US, according to which they expect Switch 2 pre-orders to open on 21 and 30 April depending on the retailer, and console accessories will be available for pre-order from 30 April.
The companies have already updated their listings and don't expect anything to disrupt the set schedule.

For Switch 2 Consoles:

For accessories like Switch 2 Pro controller,

Before Trump's trade war, it was stated that the Nintendo Switch 2 would cost $450 in the US, but now some analysts are suggesting it could go up to $590.
The Nintendo Switch 2 will be released on 5 June.
