Roborock M1S and M1S Pure compact washing and drying machines were presented in China
Roborock has officially launched a new series of mini tumble dryers in China - the M1S and M1S Pure. These compact devices are designed to load up to 1.2kg of laundry for washing and up to 0.5kg for drying.
Here's What We Know
Both models are designed for smart home users who are looking for a compact solution with a full range of functions.
Key features include automatic detergent dispensing, FineFoam technology for efficient and fast washing, as well as 99.99% sterilisation and up to 99% allergen removal. During drying, the laundry is treated with air up to 95°C, which helps to reduce the number of wrinkles.
The main difference between the more expensive M1S model is the use of ZeoCycle low-temperature drying technology, which is more delicate on fabrics. Both devices have compact dimensions of 428 × 512 × 489 mm and support remote control via the Roborock app.
In China, the Roborock M1S costs 2,499 yuan (approximately $342) and the M1S Pure costs 1,999 yuan (approximately $274). It is not yet known when the new products will appear in other markets, including Europe. They may be an addition to the Zeo Mini model, which is already available in some countries.
In March, Roborock announced the P20 Ultra, a compact robot vacuum cleaner that can clean in hard-to-reach places. The new robot will be a continuation of the P20 Pro model, which was presented in August last year. The P20 Pro has already been released in many countries and is now available in global markets under the name Roborock Qrevo Curv.
