Garmin has released beta update 14.06 for the Venu 3, Venu 3s and vivoactive 5 smartwatches. The new update brings improvements to the password feature that was introduced in version 13.17. Although the exact changes are not detailed, it is said to have "general improvements" to the way this option works.

Here's What We Know

The beta version also fixes several bugs. In particular, it fixes a bug that caused the text of the days of the week to be cut off on some watch faces. Another bug has been fixed in the audio accompaniment during training - when the watch recorded a pace of 0 seconds, it falsely reported that the interval was complete.

In addition, the update includes performance and stability improvements.

You can download the beta version 14.06 from the device menu: Main menu, Settings, System, Software update. It is important to note that for Venu 3, the ECG function remains disabled in the beta versions.

The previous update 14.05 fixed a bug that caused images in the morning report to be displayed incorrectly. The new version 14.06 adds further improvements and makes the Garmin smartwatch experience even more stable and convenient.

The Garmin Fenix 8 has recently received a beta version with voice command support and new workouts. The update includes more than 60 changes, including new features, improvements, and bug fixes. Users can now use voice commands for functions such as Jumpmaster, Plan Dive, Reference Point and Trolling Motor. There is also the ability to view more daily training settings in the Garmin Connect app.
