The First Berserker: Khazan receives second free update with UI, balance and bug fixes
The developers from Neople have announced the release of a new update for their dynamic souls-like The First Berserker: Khazan, which became available on 22 April, on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. This patch focuses on overall user interface and experience (UI/UX) improvements, as well as game balance adjustments to make the game even more immersive and balanced.
Here's What We Know
One of the key changes that players will immediately notice is the restriction on the use of illiquid equipment in the augmentation system. From now on, items that cannot be sold can no longer be used as material to improve equipment. This applies, for example, to weapons from the Hero Set and Shooting Star Set, which have also lost the ability to be disassembled into materials.
With the release of the update, players will receive timely notifications about the possibility of unlocking or upgrading their Phantoms. In addition, the location of the Phantom level experience indicator has been changed for greater convenience. At the same time, various bugs have been fixed. A full list of changes brought by this update can be found here.
As a reminder, The First Berserker: Khazan is available for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The developers continue to actively support their project, listening to player feedback and making the necessary improvements to provide the best possible gaming experience.
