Famous Ninja Turtles villains like Rocksteady and Bebop are back with us thanks to another Fortnite collaboration
Ahead of Fortnite's major update to Chapter 6 Season 3, players will once again be able to enjoy a portion of content dedicated to the legendary Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Not only the charismatic Casey Jones, but also skins of three iconic villains from the mutant teenagers' universe have appeared in the game store.
Here's What We Know
This time, Casey Jones, Kraang, Rocksteady, and Bebop will be coming to the game, along with their respective Lego styles and musical instruments in the style of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Additionally, the iconic Turtle Van, known as the Party Wagon, will be available in both the Fortnite store and Rocket League.
Fortnite's first crossover with TMNT added the turtles themselves, April O'Neil, Splinter, and Shredder to the game. The same new event significantly expands the series' influence on Fortnite and is part of the UEFN, which allows players to create their own Ninja Turtles-style islands.
Epic Games announced that the latest update makes all TMNT skins fully compatible with in-game characters, NPC generators, and security devices, meaning you can create custom behaviours, animations, and even full cinematic scenes with your favourite characters.
In addition, the update adds a new launch island, Dimension X, which showcases prefabricated Technodrome elements, new landscape materials, visual effects, and space skies. Epic Games notes that this island is a blank canvas with no built-in gameplay, giving players full control over the creation of their TMNT islands.
