The latest instalment in the Dynasty Warriors series, Origins, has put the franchise back on track, winning rave reviews from fans who praise its scale and the same explosive gameplay that made it so beloved at its best. And the developers at Omega Force aren't resting on their laurels, releasing a new update that not only makes minor improvements but also adds a long-awaited feature.

According to the official website of publisher Koei Tecmo, the latest update for Dynasty Warriors: Origins, which is already available for download, finally adds a photo mode, a feature that will undoubtedly appeal to many players who love to capture epic battle moments. The company has also published a short gameplay video demonstrating the photo mode and its capabilities in action.
In addition to the photo mode, the update also adds the new Lion Dragon Armour as an optional outfit for characters, fixes a specific issue for Steam Deck that caused visual distortion when FSR3 technology is enabled, and fixes other "minor" bugs.
As a reminder, Dynasty Warriors: Origins is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
