Sony's upcoming flagship Xperia 1 VII has appeared in real photos in different colours
Images of the upcoming Sony Xperia 1 VII flagship have surfaced online, confirming its design and available colour options.

The smartphone is shown in three colours: black, dark green and purple, which has not been used since the Xperia 1 IV model. The exterior of the device retains continuity with the previous Xperia 1 VI model, but with a few changes, including a more massive camera protrusion accommodating the triple lens. The 52 MP (effectively 48 MP) main camera features an Exmor-T sensor, while the ultra-wide angle and telephoto lens remain at 12 MP.
The device measures 165mm tall and 74mm wide, which is slightly larger than its predecessor. The smartphone is likely to be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, although the exact specifications have not yet been confirmed. Also noted is a change in the location of the microphone, which is now closer to the 3.5mm headphone jack.
According to the latest rumours, the Xperia 1 VII will be unveiled on May 15 and will be sold in a small number of countries.
