EA Sports announces Madden NFL 26 and College Football 26 release dates: football fever is coming soon
Get ready for a double football holiday thanks to EA Sports. A new trailer has officially announced the release dates of the highly anticipated Madden NFL 26 and College Football 26.
Here's What We Know
Pre-orders for both games are already open, but with some important nuances. At the start, they are available only for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, and pre-orders for the Nintendo Switch 2 version of Madden NFL 26 are not yet open. Also this year, the studio decided not to support previous generations of PS4 and Xbox One consoles.
Madden NFL 26 is scheduled for release on 14 August, and College Football 26 will be released a little earlier on 10 July. The good news for PC gamers will be the release of Madden 26 on this platform, but EA Sports has no plans to release College Football 26 on PC.
Pre-orders are already available on the PlayStation Store and Xbox Store. EA Sports is actively promoting an "MVP Bundle" that includes both games for $150, but you can also pre-order Madden 26 separately for $70. Pre-orders for the standalone version of College Football 26 are currently unavailable.
In addition to the standard editions, Deluxe versions of both games will be available for $100 each. The Deluxe Edition for Madden NFL 26 includes:
