Media: Korean company Nexon will get the rights to create a game based on StarCraft franchise
In March, it became known that four Korean companies asked Blizzard to grant them the rights to use the StarCraft franchise, which is still a favourite game in South Korea and has even become a cultural phenomenon.

It is known that NCSoft (author of Lineage and Guild Wars), Nexon (The First Descendant, The Finals), Krafton (publisher of PUBG) and Netmarble were in talks with Blizzard.
Apparently, the negotiations have come to an end, because the South Korean portal MTN has learnt who Blizzard is ready to entrust StarCraft to.
Journalists reported that the proposal of Nexon, which wanted to use the StarCraft franchise in a non-standard way using its own developments, was the most interesting for the American company and it chose this developer.
By the way, Nexon will release a mobile version of another Blizzard game - Overwatch. This project was first Blizzard is creating a mobile version of the online shooter Overwatch , and now Korean journalists have confirmed the development of Overwatch Mobile.
