Recently, new images of the Oppo Reno14 have emerged, giving us a closer look at the smartphone's camera design. New renders from insider Digital Chat Station show the camera from both sides.

Here's What We Know

These images probably show the Oppo Reno14 or Pro version, but the exact differences between the models have not yet been revealed. There is speculation that both devices will be equipped with a periscopic telephoto camera.

According to previous leaks, the periscopic camera has a 50MP and 3.5x zoom, and it is located above the flash. The first images may have given the impression that the camera is directly above the main module, but the side view shows that this is not the case.

To the left of the periscope camera are two other cameras - the main 50MP camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera. These are all the known camera specifications so far.

It is worth noting that the Oppo Reno14 Pro model may receive a "Magic Cube" button on the left side, but in the images shared by the insider, only the right side of the smartphone with the volume and power buttons is visible.

Like its predecessors, the new product will have an aluminium frame, and the display will be a flat 120Hz OLED panel. In addition, the smartphones will receive IP68/IP69 water and dust protection certification.

The official announcement date of the Reno14 series is not yet known, but based on the schedule of previous launches, the new models may be presented in June.
