Swedish studio Embark - the author of the online shooter The Finals - presented a new gameplay trailer of its next game ARC Raiders.
Here's What We Know
Let's remind, ARC Raiders is a gloomy Extraction-Shooter, the events of which unfold in the distant future. According to the plot of the game, mankind is faced with the invasion of cybernetic alien invaders.
Players will have to make dangerous sorties in post-apocalyptic locations, face dangerous enemies, among which there will be both monsters from space and people.
The trailer not only shows the gameplay of ARC Raiders, but also reminds about the large-scale technical testing of the game, which will be held from 30th of April to 4th of May on PC and consoles.
The authors want to get player feedback on the combat system, crossplay and progression system. More enemies, weapons, gadgets and equipment will be offered this time around. Registration is still available.
Participants of the past testing noted that ARC Raiders is a really complex and exciting PvPvE shooter with a lot of complex mechanics and a high threshold of entry.
When We Can Expect It
ARC Raiders is expected to release in 2025 on PC (Steam and Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The exact date will probably be announced after testing.
