Today (30 April) marks four years since the release of the roguelike shooter Returnal. The game was one of the first exclusives for PlayStation 5, but due to its niche genre, it remained misunderstood by the general public.

In honour of the game's "birthday" Housemarque studio prepared a little surprise for users of the powerful PS5 Pro console.

Here's What We Know

An update has been released for Returnal, which allows you to run the game on PS5 Pro in higher resolution and with increased performance. The authors claim that users can expect more than double the number of pixels on the screen, which will make one of the most technologically advanced games even more beautiful and spectacular.

As a reminder, the game has been available on PC since February 2023.

Flashback

A few months ago Housemarque studio announced Saros - it is known that it will be a sci-fi action game with roguelike elements, in which after each death of the protagonist the world will change. The role of protagonist will be played by the star of the series "The Fall of the House of Usher" Rahul Kohli.
