May's catch for gamers: Amazon is giving away over 20 great games for free on Prime Gaming
Amazon Prime subscribers, get ready to replenish your gaming libraries at no extra cost! Amazon has revealed a fresh batch of free games available this month as part of its Prime Gaming service. Among the gifts are Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga and the daring action game Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell.
Here's What We Know
Prime Gaming, which is part of the Amazon Prime subscription, provides its members with a free monthly selection of PC games that stay with them forever. Unlike other services, such as PlayStation Plus and Xbox Game Pass, which provide access to games only for the period of active subscription, Prime Gaming offers codes to activate games in other digital stores. This means that players will retain access to Prime Gaming games even if they decide to cancel their Amazon Prime subscription.
Just like last month, this May, Prime Gaming subscribers will be able to get not only PC games but also Xbox games. The April offer included both Xbox and PC versions of Minecraft Legends, and the May freebie for Xbox owners will be Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus Digital Deluxe Edition.
