New enemies, revealing the past, and a dangerous Seattle: what does the fourth episode of The Last of Us season two have in store for us?
On 4 May, the fourth episode of the second season of The Last of Us was released on HBO and Max. The episode, titled Day One, lasts about 55 minutes and takes viewers to a new stage in the story of Ellie and Dina, who for the first time face the brutal realities of Seattle, as well as two hostile factions - the WLF (Wolves) and the Seraphs.
Here's What We Know
The series begins with a flashback to 11 years ago, when Seattle was still controlled by FEDRA. It is here that Isaac Dixon (Jeffrey Wright), the future leader of the WLF, first appears. His brutal act demonstrates how he switches sides and lays the foundation for the future war between the factions.
In the present, Ellie and Dinah wade through the ruins of the city, looking for traces of the Wolves. They come across a television station, but later the characters have to flee, which leads them to underground tunnels where hordes of infected people are waiting for them.
Amidst the constant danger, Ellie and Dinah develop a romantic relationship and face new challenges, including those related to Dinah's condition, which adds to the tension in the events that follow.
New episodes of The Last of Us air every Sunday on HBO and Max, continuing to reveal Ellie and Dina's challenging and dangerous journey in the post-disaster world.
